The company owns a management team, which is richly experienced and tacitly cooperative in the development, production and application fields of new-type of grid equipments, new-type of insulation materials and products. The company applies open and highly transparent internationalized and modernized management method, which has passed ISO-9001 quality system attestation. After years of accumulation, the company is currently in at a leading position in China in the aspect of materials science and electrical science, and has an obvious edge in the aspects of talents, equipments and technologies and so on.
By December 31, 2007, the total personnel number of the company is 547, among which the technological personnel with a college degree or above is 212, taking up 38.76% of the total number, and the R&D personnel is 89, taking up 16.27% of the total number. The core technology team members of the company all come from China Academy of Science system with long period of cooperative experience, among whom two are researchers enjoying the special government allowance issued by the State Council and the project led by them once won the first award for Achievement of Science and Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
