The company has founded special R&D center and laboratory, equipped itself with special site and facilities, and combined accreditation system, examination system and filing system of the project report for the R&D project. Scientific input and output accounting is conducted aiming at the project and corresponding performance appraisal, stimulation and restriction systems are taken charge by the chief engineer and deputy chief engineer and reported directly to the general manger. The company actively launches cooperation of manufacture, learning and research, and keeps long and friendly cooperation relationship with Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xi an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute, Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute of SGCC, and Xi’an Jiaotong University and other famous institutes, as well as German Wacker Chemistry Cooperation, and ABB and other famous European manufacturers, in the aspects of new products development and advanced technology communication and so on.
