Contribution to the society
For Shenzen Hifuture, we focus not only on the economic interests, but much more on the sustainable development of the company, thus to bring benefits to more human beings and make much more contribution to the harmonious development of the society.

Educational projects
For a long time, Shenzhen Hifuture has been paying close attention and giving strong support to the development of the educational cause, and we received 450 university students for the summer internship project. Moreover, we set out campus recruitment every year and do our due efforts to solve the employment problem of university students.

Soundness and safety
We found and carry out career soundness and safety management system to achieve scientific and normalized management for the safe production of the company. We abide by the requirements of career soundness and safety laws and regulations. In the construction and other major activities, we stick to the principles of people foremost, continuous improvement, safety first, prevention as the major, operation based on the rules, enhancement of supervision and insurance of the health and safety of the employees.

Training of employees
The competition of the enterprises comes down to the competition of talents. In order to improve the qualification of the employees and meet the development needs of the company and the employees, we establish excellent employee team and build a learning organization. Through the company’s training of current employees, we keep improving the knowledge level, working ability and initiative of the employees to restrict the human cost waste caused by the inefficient knowledge, incapability and inactive attitude of the employees to the minimized scope and thus to make the employees reach the goal of self-fulfillment. The training system of the company and the career life design of the employees are closely combined to promote the co-development of both the company and individuals. For a long time, Hifuture applies the combination of self-training and educational training and the combination of post training and specialty training, and hires famous professionals to conduct training by divided time and section according to the plan. For special posts, the company will arrange sending the employee to units or organizations in other areas or to a foreign country to study according to the actual situation. The ultimate goal is to achieve the co-growth of the employees and the company.

Remuneration of the employees
On the basis of ensuring that the employee’s salary achieves or exceeds the minimum standard regulated by the law or the industry, the company pays appropriate remuneration to the employees according to the regulations of the national labor law. Disclosure and transparency are implemented for the salary payment with all items of salaries and welfare constituents clearly listed. In order to better promote the creativity and working initiative of the employees, and fully mobilize their subjective activity, the company makes reward systems. The company gives different forms of reward and promotion to employees with outstanding performance based on their contribution level. And the company issues annual bonuses to stimulate excellent employees who has stood themselves out and done great contribution to the company.

Welfare of the employees
The company provides the employees with many kinds of welfares. Eight-hour working day is implemented, and the company provides endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational injury insurance and medical insurance. The company also provides meal allowance, collective dormitories, and shuttle buses for the employees. Employees enjoy paid annual leave, marriage leave, condolence leave, and sick leave and so on. Reward system is established. And the company provides the employees with comprehensive pre-post training, on-the-job training, promotion training, etc. which go through from the beginning to the end of the employees’ work to make their self value increase continuously. Meanwhile, the colorful activities for the employees make them grow in collective environment.
